Refunds
The Suckle Center ONLY excepts exchanges. We do NOT accept returns for refunds. No exceptions. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE THOUROGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPING TO ENSURE ITEMS ARE IN WORKING CONDITIONS. If you believe your case is special and should be considered, please contact us at- love@thesucklecenter.org.

We have a 1-year exchange policy, which means you have 1-year after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be malfunctioning and having issues with any of its electrical components within the first year. We must receive all electrical parts returned to us for thorough inspection to qualify for exchange for new parts OR in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If this was a gift, please ask purchaser for receipt.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as breast pumps, breast pads, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor exchanges on sale items nor gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email your issue with the current item and what you are interested in exchanging it for and all it's details- if applicable (i.e. size, color, etc.), return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted we can process reshipment as soon as possible. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
